Amanda Marie Geschwender, 43, of San Diego, embarked on her eternal journey on April 7th, 2024. Born January 30th, 1981 in Ventura, California to her loving parents Mary Ann and Scott Donald Meierhoff. She leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and unwavering dedication to her family and friends.

Amanda's journey was marked by profound achievements and boundless love. In 2019, she graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, a testament to her intellect and perseverance.

On October 21st, 2005, she exchanged vows with the love of her life, Chris Geschwender, marking the beginning of a beautiful partnership filled with love and devotion. Amanda and Chris shared 19 amazing years together, proving to be soul mates in every sense.

As a devoted mother, Amanda found her greatest joy in nurturing her three amazing children: Abigail Marie, Jeremy Ryan, and Caleb Scott Thomas. Her love for them knew no bounds, and she took immense pride in witnessing their growth and accomplishments.

Amanda was a pillar of strength and support as a Navy wife, demonstrating resilience and unwavering dedication to her family throughout their journey. She found solace and joy in watching hockey, passionately cheering on Chris as he played for multiple teams in San Diego.

Family meant everything to Amanda, and she cherished her relationships deeply. Her bond with her brother Scott Meierhoff and sister-in-law Vanessa was particularly special, as she adored her nephews Scotty Donald III., Jorge Matthew and Zachary James. Amanda's love knew no bounds, and she went above and beyond to ensure the happiness and well-being of those she held dear.

Amanda's radiant spirit touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her. She possessed a rare gift for making everyone feel cherished and valued, embodying kindness and compassion in all her interactions. Her friendships were characterized by warmth, sincerity, and an unwavering commitment to supporting those she loved.

Amanda found joy in life's simple pleasures, from decorating her home for Christmas to enjoying family game nights with her beloved children. Her spirit was truly at home on the beach, basking in the warmth of the sun and creating cherished memories with her family on vacations near and far.

Amanda leaves to cherish many loving memories, her husband Chris Geschwender and their children Abigail Marie, Jeremy Ryan and Caleb Scott Thomas; mother, Mary Ann Meierhoff; brother Scott (Vanessa) Meierhoff; three nephews, Scotty Donald III., Jorge Matthew and Zachary James, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her father Scott Donald Meierhoff;
Donald “Papa” Meierhoff and Martha “Granny” Meierhoff.
